Where we ship
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Ireland, the United States and Canada. Live somewhere else? Message us and we’ll let you know if we can get a piece to you.

Dispatch
Orders placed by midnight are dispatched on the next working day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Our pieces are made by our manufacturing partners and shipped to you directly from their fulfilment centre

Delivery times
Typical delivery is 7–14 days to all destinations. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping costs
Free shipping on orders over £50 (approx. $64 / €58 / CA$88). Orders under £50 are £3.95 (approx. $5 / €4.60 / CA$7). All orders are fully tracked.

Customs and duties
All import duties and taxes are covered by us. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Damaged or faulty items: 2-year guarantee
If your piece arrives damaged, or a clasp or component fails through no fault of your own within 2 years of delivery, message us with a photo and your order number and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to send anything back. This covers manufacturing defects and faulty components. It doesn’t cover lost jewellery, normal wear and tear (including scratches), or damage from misuse, accidents, impact or improper storage.
