Shipping policy

Dispatch: All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.                                                                   

Delivery: We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  - United Kingdom & United States — 7–14 days

  - Europe — 7–14 days

  - Rest of World — 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs processing in your country.                                                                                                     

Customs & Duties: For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Order Changes: If you need to change your delivery address or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. As orders are dispatched within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is placed.
