No. The creator fund pays on views, not followers. A brand-new account with one viral post earns just as much as a large one. We care about the content, not the number next to your name.
Views measured by the platform's own in-app analytics — not third-party tools. Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts all qualify. The post must clearly feature a PACELLI piece and tag us. Paid or boosted views don't count.
We occasionally boost content that performs well as paid ads. We'll always ask your permission first — providing a code is entirely optional and never a condition of getting paid.
Your choice. Cash is paid via bank transfer or PayPal. Store credit is topped up by 20% as a thank-you for choosing it — so a £150 payout becomes £180 in credit.
Send a screenshot from inside your in-app analytics along with the post link via Instagram DM. We cross-check against the live post. Figures must be organic — boosted views don't count.
No — each post can only be claimed once. But there's no limit on how many different posts you submit, so keep creating.
Authentic content that clearly features a PACELLI piece. Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts work best. Try-ons, styling videos, and talking-to-camera posts all perform well. Make it yours — over-produced content rarely wins.
Yes, if the post doesn't clearly feature the product, uses paid or boosted views, or doesn't tag us. We'll always tell you why so you can resubmit with a different post.
Once your submission is approved, payouts are processed within five working days — no chasing required.

Payouts are per qualifying post and capped at £1,000. PACELLI reviews every submission and reserves the right to decline content that doesn't meet our guidelines (clear feature of the product, original content, no paid view inflation). Full creator terms are shared on approval. This programme is open to creators aged 18+.
