Once we receive your return, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 2–7 days.

Exchanges

Want a different piece instead?

Rather than a refund, we can exchange your order for a different length, finish, or style. Just mention it when you get in touch and we'll arrange it for you.

Conditions

✓ Request made within 30 days of your delivery date.
✓ Refunded to the original payment method within 2–7 days of your request.
✓ All items eligible — including earrings.
✕ Items purchased with a discount code or as part of a promotion may not be eligible — message us and we'll check.
