How it works
2-Year Guarantee
Every piece is backed for two years
Every order is checked by hand before it's packed, but if your piece arrives damaged, or a clasp or component fails through no fault of your own, message us with a photo and your order number. We'll refund you in full — you don't need to send anything back.
Covers manufacturing defects and faulty or malfunctioning components for 2 years from delivery. Does not cover lost jewellery, normal wear and tear (including scratches), damage from misuse, accidents, impact or improper storage, or promotional items.

Send us a photo and your order number and we'll replace it, or refund you in full. You don't need to post the broken piece back first.
