30-Day Easy Returns: Not quite right? No problem. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked. Returns are free and hassle-free. Simply contact us within 30 days and we'll take care of everything.                                                                                                                

How to Return: Get in touch with us at marketing@pacelli.store or DM us on Instagram with your order number and we'll send you return instructions. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund straight away.      

Lifetime Guarantee: All Pacelli pieces come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If something isn't right with the quality of your piece at any point, contact us and we'll make it right. 

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned unless faulty.                                                                      

Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
